What You Bring:

• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) and maintenance best practices.
• Expertise in compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale facilities projects.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management, cost optimization and resource allocation.
