- Manage design deliverables, timelines, and quality across facade workstreams
- Present facade design recommendations and progress updates to internal stakeholders

- Strong knowledge of curtain walling, cladding systems, glazing, rainscreen systems, and weatherproofing
- Experienced with facade performance thermal, acoustic, structural, and wind load analysis
- Familiar with relevant software: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino/Grasshopper
- Understand building codes and standards relevant to the project's location
- Experienced with unitized curtain wall systems and facade access/maintenance design for high rise or complex projects

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of curtain walling, cladding systems, glazing, rainscreen systems, and weatherproofing
- Experienced with facade performance thermal, acoustic, structural, and wind load analysis
- Familiar with relevant software: Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino/Grasshopper (for parametric facade design), and sometimes structural analysis tools
- Understand building codes and standards relevant to the project's location
- Experienced with unitized curtain wall systems and facade access/maintenance design for high rise or complex projects
