- Develop and implement sustainability management frameworks and programs aligned with QIC's strategies
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Lead sustainability assessments, audits, and initiatives to identify improvement opportunities
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive support for sustainability initiatives
- Facilitate training and awareness programs for employees on sustainability standards
- Contribute to project planning by providing sustainability insights and recommendations

- Participate in budget development and management for sustainability initiatives

Role Overview
- The Senior Manager of Environment & Sustainability drives the environmental and sustainability agenda within Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC).
- Leads development and execution of comprehensive sustainability initiatives aligned with QIC's strategic goals.
- Reports to the Director of Environment & Sustainability and serves as key liaison for environmental compliance, sustainability reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainability management frameworks and programs in alignment with QIC’s corporate strategies.
- Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international best practices.
- Lead sustainability assessments, audits, and initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to drive support for sustainability initiatives.
- Facilitate training and awareness programs for employees on sustainability standards and practices.
- Contribute to project planning and execution by providing sustainability insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into all stages of project development.
- Collect, analyze, and present data related to environmental impact, sustainability practices, and compliance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Relevant certifications such as LEED, ISO 14001, or similar are advantageous.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in environmental management, sustainability, or related field within large scale projects or organizations.
- Experience in the Middle East, particularly in KSA, is preferred.
- Proven track record in implementing sustainability initiatives and managing environmental compliance.
- Deep understanding of local and international environmental regulations and standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with detail oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in team management and project oversight.
- Willingness to travel as required to project sites and meetings.
