Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is desirable.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success in selling complex software solutions to large enterprises.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives.
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales in the mid to large enterprises.
- Analytical skills to analyze sales data, forecasts, and optimize processes
- Knowledge of sustainability trends, regulations, and competitors
- Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex ideas.
- Effective negotiation with Enterprises to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Strong experience in sales documentation.
- 3+ years of experience in leading sales teams, with a strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
- Familiarity with sustainability concepts, ESG, and net zero emissions goals is desirable.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and evolving partnership dynamics.
