Role Overview
Maya HTT is seeking a Manager, Engineering Solutions to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering complex engineering software solutions.
The role leads approximately 15 professionals across four countries and reports to the Vice President, Services.
Responsibilities span business leadership, technical direction, customer engagement, delivery, and people management.
Business Leadership
- Own revenue, profitability, forecasting, capacity, and P&L performance for the Engineering Solutions business unit.
- Develop and execute the annual business plan aligned with the Services strategy.
- Identify growth opportunities and monitor project and portfolio performance.
Team Leadership
- Lead and develop approximately 15 engineers and software professionals across four countries.
- Build technical excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Develop technical leaders, coach team members, and coordinate resources across disciplines and geographies.
