Manager, Engineering - Program and Engineering - Bombardier Experimental

You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of applicable experience.

You have management and leadership experience, including executing performance appraisals, managing staffing allocation, process leadership and career development.

You have strong knowledge and experience of aerospace experimental mechanical and electrical design for ground testing.

You have proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from initiation to completion.

You demonstrated history of recruiting, retaining, and promoting world class talent; develops staff members to optimize their potential and their performance.

You are comfortable working in a high volume, fast-paced, rapidly changing, results-oriented work environment.

You are Self-confident with exceptional influencing, oral presentation, and leadership skills.

You are eligible for registration in the Canadian Controlled Goods Directive (CGD) Program.

You are a member of Quebec’s Order of Engineer.

You are fully bilingual (French and English).
