Manager, Engineering Lead Platform Infrastructure FTC

Lead the operational management of platform infrastructure across both hybrid cloud and legacy environments

Coordinate and govern engineering activities delivered by external engineering partners and vendors

Hold vendors accountable for delivery quality, technical standards and adherence to processes

Act as the bridge between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders while supporting business-as-usual operations and project delivery activity

This role is positioned at CUK07 level within our organisation and is available on a full-time, fixed-term basis for 12-months. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.

Strong cloud infrastructure and platform engineering knowledge with experience in cloud and hybrid cloud environments

Experience with AWS and Kubernetes

Knowledge of Terraform, Jenkins, infrastructure automation and cloud-native technologies

Experience providing engineering governance, technical oversight and managing outsourced engineering providers or technical vendors

Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Strong business acumen with the ability to balance technical priorities with business requirements
