Manager – Digital Operations
We are currently seeking talented Ivorian professionals based in London (or able to attend) to join us for an exclusive, invite-only MTN Recruitment Summit taking place on May 11th and 12th in London .
Job Summary
Drive the development, launch and growth of digital products and services (VAS, content, partnerships) to support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital product strategy
- Manage product lifecycle (launch, growth, optimization)
- Analyze customer data and define value propositions
- Manage partnerships and digital platforms
- Lead campaigns, retention and engagement strategies
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business or related
- 4–5 years in digital product / telecom marketing
- Experience with customer analytics and campaigns
- Strong project and stakeholder management
- Telecom / digital ecosystem knowledge
