Position overview
This is a full-time, permanent national management role in Digital Engineering.
The role shapes how digital information is managed and coordinated across projects, disciplines, and offices.
The position can be based in Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, or Perth.

About the company
CPP provides high-voltage infrastructure services connecting renewable energy projects to Australia’s electricity grid.
Its work includes the design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of substations, transmission lines, wind farms, and battery storage systems.
The company has an in-house design and engineering team covering electrical, civil, structural, and SCADA disciplines.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Digital Engineering delivery from tender and project planning through design coordination and final digital handover.
- Coordinate digital information, models, and deliverables across multiple technical disciplines and offices.
- Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
