We are hiring a
Manager-Level Devsecops And Security Lead (Offshore)
to support delivery leadership across DevSecOps and AI security workstreams.
This is a
hands-on leadership 3 year contract role
.
Contract
- **36-month contract engagement**
- **First 6 months:**
- Advise and Implementation
- **Following \~30 months:**
- Operate and continuous improvement
Key Responsibilities
- Lead DevSecOps and security workstreams across build and operate phases
- Guide implementation of secure engineering practices across teams
- Support architecture, design, and delivery decisions
- Ensure quality and consistency of DevSecOps and security implementation
- Mentor team members and support delivery teams
- Contribute to AI security approach and integration within DevSecOps
- Support long-term operational capability and optimisation
Requirements
- 8–10+ years experience in DevSecOps, Security Engineering, or Application Security
- Strong hands-on background with cloud, CI/CD, Kubernetes, and security tooling
- Experience leading delivery in enterprise environments
- Understanding of security testing / offensive mindset principles
- Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI security concepts

- Hands-on technical leader
- Comfortable owning delivery across implementation and operations
- Strong delivery mindset, not purely advisory
