About the Role
Tandem Interim is hiring an experienced AI Agent Developer for an enterprise AI initiative. The role requires 5+ years of AI/software engineering experience, hands-on work with AI agents and LLM-powered applications, and proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, Python, FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

- Develop AI agents and LLM powered applications for enterprise AI initiatives.
- Design and implement RAG and Multi Agent solutions.
- Integrate AI with enterprise data pipelines, databases, APIs, and ETL workflows.
- Utilize vector databases and cloud platforms for deployment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of AI / Software Engineering experience
- Hands on experience building AI Agents and LLM powered applications
- Strong experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex
- Experience developing RAG and Multi Agent solutions
- Proficiency in Python and FastAPI
- Experience integrating AI with enterprise data pipelines, databases, APIs, and ETL workflows
- Knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Weaviate, etc.)
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
