As the
Manager – Demand Planning
, you will drive both long‑term and short‑term demand planning activities, orchestrate cross‑functional planning efforts, and support our commercial strategy through accurate forecasting and data‑driven decision‑making.
You’ll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and external producers to maintain optimal inventory levels, enhance forecast accuracy, and enable business growth.
Strategic & Operational Planning
- Translate business strategy into actionable demand plans aligned with annual targets.
- Lead the execution of the monthly
S&Op
process, including base forecasting, promotions, events, and weekly sales orders.
Demand Forecasting & Analysis
- Build strong networks across internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and enhance forecast accuracy.
- Maintain a holistic view of capacity, budgets, inventory, and supply readiness.
- Identify demand variances and recommend corrective actions.
Replenishment & Supply Optimization
- Lead replenishment strategies to minimize cost while improving lead time, service levels, and stock availability.
- Analyze supply constraints, identify bottlenecks, and propose alternative solutions.
- Oversee planning for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and seasonal activities.
- Optimize stock levels and ensure healthy safety stocks across all locations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in
Supply Chain
,
Industrial Engineering
- , or Business‑related field (Master’s / MBA preferred).
- **5–7 years’ experience**
- in Demand Planning & Replenishment, preferably within
Fmcg
- at scale.
- Strong experience with
Sap
, forecasting tools, RCCP analysis, budgeting, and risk assessment.
