Compensation
- Salary range is 149,600 to 182,800, based on a 35-hour workweek.
- Annual bonus target is 15% of base salary, with potential payout up to double the target based on personal and company performance.
- Employees may receive benefits, savings programs, share-plan participation, and pension offerings.

Responsibilities
- Build the industry’s best data science team by keeping specialists motivated and helping them grow their careers.
- Manage a multidisciplinary team developing, deploying, and applying AI models, including generative AI.
- Collaborate with company partners to develop the AI vision, prioritize use cases, and implement solutions.
