Strategic Leadership and Innovation

• Define the data and analytics strategy in alignment with IT and digitalization roadmaps.
• Lead scalable analytical products integrated into business applications and operational workflows.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage data engineers, data analysts, and BI developers.
• Evaluate emerging AI/ML platforms, visualization tools, and cloud services.

Data Architecture and Engineering

• Oversee cloud data warehouse and data lake architecture, design, scalability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Direct ETL/ELT pipelines integrating ERP, CRM, and operational data into the centralized warehouse.
• Establish dimensional modeling and data mart practices for reporting, analysis, and application consumption.
• Enforce data quality, metadata, lineage, privacy, and regulatory compliance standards.

Business Intelligence and Analytics

• Own the corporate BI platform, including access management, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Translate business questions into analytical requirements and define success metrics.
• Drive self-service BI adoption through training, certified data sources, and data literacy.
• Oversee statistical analysis and machine learning projects and communicate findings clearly.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in data and analytics, including 3 years managing technical teams and data platforms.
• Expertise with a major cloud data warehouse platform.
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT experience.
• Proven BI tool experience and strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to move analytical concepts from prototype to production application.
