About the Company

Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging training content and deliver impactful sessions to employees at all levels.
• Create talent management dashboards, including 8-grid matrices, to track employee development and performance trends.
• Support high-potential talent identification and succession planning for business continuity and growth.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events, employee clubs, and workplace culture programs.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify learning needs and align strategies with organizational goals.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is highly preferred.
• At least 4 years of progressive experience in a similar role is required.
• Experience creating content and delivering training sessions is required.
• Strong expertise in dashboard design and data visualization tools, such as Excel or Power BI, is required.
• Understanding of 8-grid models, talent mapping, and succession planning is required.
• Experience with employee engagement initiatives is required.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills are required.
