Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media content creation and management, preferably in an agency setting
- Excellent English and Arabic written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in storytelling and communication narratives
- Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Up to date knowledge of AI landscape and tools as related to marketing

Role Overview
- The Content Manager will be responsible for creating, managing and executing social media content strategies for clients.
- Ideal candidate has deep understanding of social media platforms and AI landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media content strategies and campaigns for clients
- Proficient in EN and AR language and command of both
- Knowledge in storytelling and communication narratives
- Collaborate with creative teams and other departments
- Stay up to date with latest social media trends
- Proactively suggest ways AI can be integrated into social and content strategy
- Drive innovation in content development and campaign execution
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors
- Plan and execute campaign specific social content
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights
- Suggest and align with influencers or content creators
- Mastering social media tools (e.g. Sprinklr)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media content creation and management, preferably in an agency setting
- Excellent English and Arabic written and verbal communication skills
