The Manger, Commercial Launch is responsible for the overall successful commercialization of large-scale New Product Introduction (NPI) projects for Canada.
Successful commercialization is defined as flawless execution for on-time, on-target delivery of NPIs to a primed marketplace.
This includes but is not limited to: the tactical execution and management of the pre-launch and post-launch commercialization process from initial concept through sustained marketplace viability.
Working with and through cross-functional teams; this individual is required to identify, signal, and resolve issues, preemptively mitigate risks, coordinate, validate, execute, audit, and communicate launch status updates.
Serving as the passionate and engaged expert, and the voice of the product launches to both internal and external audiences.
What you’ll do:
• Execute, manage, and elevate New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, including review and refinement of launch scope and timing.
• Execute, manage, and elevate all aspects of project management on a day-to-day basis, across all functions of the commercialization process. Leveraging centralized web-based project management platforms.
• Execute, manage, and elevate day-to-day tracking of milestones and deliverables by signaling obstacles and proactively mitigating risk.
• Execute, manage, and elevate communication of NPI product benefits, line ups, launch timing and details to all audiences.
• Execute, manage, and elevate timely, accurate, actionable reporting to stakeholders, customers and interested executives by collecting, analyzing, validating, and cascading status reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
• Drive, support, communicate, and elevate the transition planning process to continually improve phase out of previous generation, and phase in of NPI.
• Work with and through cross functional teams to strategize solutions and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work with and through cross functional teams both internal, external, and third-party as needed to meet delivery needs for key initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with leadership to define and implement plans for improvement and to drive results and outcomes.
• Articulate goals to project team on an on-going basis.
• Motivate integrated and cross-functional teams to exceed goals.
• Serve as the primary source of information for all aspects of active projects.
• Continue to strengthen project management within Commercialization with ongoing review and evaluation of project management and Agile practices.

The expected compensation for this role includes a base salary of $110,000 to $125,000 per year. Final compensation will be dependent on several factors including experience, skills, and education.
