Requirements
- Strong experience and track record of leading successful procurement transformations in industry or consulting
- Experience managing staff on multiple projects and providing direction to team members
- 5+ years’ experience at a tier 1 consultancy
- Outstanding academic record to at least Bachelor degree level
- Experience and passion for Digital solutions, operating model development, third party spend management, ESG, or leading supply chain solutions
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial flare and ability to identify business opportunities and cross sell services

The Opportunity
- We currently are seeking a highly motivated Manager to lead client engagement teams, work with a wide variety of clients to deliver professional services and participate in business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
- Our Supply Chain & Operations team members provide insights into Procurement transformation covering Spend Management, Procurement Operating Model Transformation, Procurement Digitalisation, Procurement Operations, and ESG.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead large transformational client engagements as well as internal projects.
- Establish valued relationships with external clients at the C level.
- Lead large global and regional bids, proposals and thought leadership.
- Lead teams at our clients, supporting them with improving their business performance.

Skills And Attributes For Success
