- Prepare estimates and detailed project plans for all phases
- Report on project success criteria, metrics, and deployment activities

- University degree in a related discipline
- 7+ years work experience in a related field, sales experience or experience supporting a field sales organization
- Strong analytical background with ability to synthesize performance data
- Advanced Excel skills

Job Description
- This position is responsible for the design, development and implementation of B2B Products and Programs within Etihad’s sales products, and acts as project manager for multiple projects.
Accountabilities
- Take ownership of EY’s net fare product worldwide
- Ensure net fares are not misused to undercut EY’s own offer
- Develop and implement products for strategic niche segments
- Create documents that assist sales teams in selling our product
- Review performance of B2B products and keep continuous exchange with market teams
- Drive positive engagement with frontline sales, revenue management, and other stakeholders
- Manage and oversee Implementation and Project Management team
- Assist in definition of project scope and objectives
- Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases
- Report on project success criteria, metrics, test and deployment management activities
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues
- Ensure projects proceed according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards
Qualifications
- University degree in a related discipline and +7 years work experience in a related field
- Sales experience or experience in supporting a field sales organisation required
- Strong team player with cultural awareness & understanding required
- Excellent grasp of broader commercial and revenue knowledge required
- Fully conversant with key principles underpinning sales products and programs
- Strong analytical background: Ability to synthesise performance data
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Advanced Microsoft Project skills desired
