The AI Automation Manager sets strategy and a roadmap for AI, workflow, and agent-based solutions across HR and enterprise platforms.
The role focuses on hands-on implementation to improve efficiency and employee experience through scalable, compliant AI solutions.
The role partners with HR, IT, and Legal to deliver adoption and measurable business value.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute AI, agent, workflow, and automation use cases aligned with the HR and digital roadmap.
- Own requirements gathering, build and configuration, testing, and deployment of practical and compliant solutions.
- Configure AI and automation capabilities in SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot agents, and other tools.
- Partner with IT and vendors on integrations, data usage, and security requirements.
- Redesign processes with HR Operations and centers of excellence to reduce manual effort.
- Coordinate training, communications, and user enablement for AI deployments.
- Track milestones, adoption metrics, operational performance, user feedback, and improvement opportunities.
- Design, build, configure, test, and deploy AI agents supporting HR processes and employee experiences.
- Lead AI-powered HR solutions from use-case identification through deployment and adoption.
Experience and Education
- Graduate degree in any field.
- 5–7 years of professional experience, including 2–3 years in AI.
- Experience with Copilot and Joule Studio, Claude, SuccessFactors, WalkMe, ServiceNow, or other HCM, AI, and automation tools.
- Hands-on AI agent configuration and automation configuration experience.
