Position overview
The Manager, Advanced Analytics & BI leads the strategy, design, and delivery of the enterprise reporting and advanced analytics ecosystem.
The role owns the BI roadmap, partners with Data teams on scalable pipelines and dashboards, and leads analytics projects that create measurable business impact.
The Manager sets standards, influences enterprise stakeholders, and safeguards BI governance, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Advanced analytics
- Drive the data and BI strategy and roadmap in alignment with enterprise and FP&A priorities.
- Lead advanced analytics projects from business-question framing through delivery and actionable recommendations.
- Apply forecasting, statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI to complex business problems.
- Champion tools, methodologies, and best practices that advance analytics maturity.
BI development and delivery
- Lead data-pipeline and data-model design, development, and maintenance across multiple source systems.
- Translate business requirements into reports, consumption patterns, and multidimensional models.
