Own and enforce enterprise BI standards, policies, and governance
Ensure the flow of data and data integrity throughout the enterprise reporting ecosystem
Enable and support stakeholders in understanding and using enterprise reports, dashboards, and tools to solve business needs
Lead or support special projects and perform other duties as required
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field, including experience leading projects and influencing technical direction
Proven ability to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and outcomes
Strong experience with SQL, ETL development (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar), and data warehousing methodologies such as Star Schema and Kimball
Advanced proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Experience applying advanced analytics techniques, including forecasting, statistical modeling, or machine learning
Skilled at partnering with Data Engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data and reporting solutions
A strategic thinker who can balance long-term roadmap planning with day-to-day business priorities
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Naturally curious, solutions-oriented, and driven to continuously improve processes and ways of working
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical problem-solving skills, and a passion for turning data into meaningful business value
Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior working experience in retail, manufacturing or distribution environments, and with systems including Microsoft D365, Anaplan, Python, R, Alteryx, or KNIME are considered strong assets
