We are seeking an experienced Manager, Accounting Compliance to lead the Company's global accounting compliance and statutory reporting function.

This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, statutory audit requirements, tax compliance obligations, and transfer pricing regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Ind AS , along with extensive experience managing financial statement audits, statutory reporting, tax return compliance, transfer pricing documentation, and relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.

• Preparation and filing of statutory financial statements across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with: US GAAP IFRS FRS (UK GAAP) Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)
