Location and Schedule
- The role is based in Bangalore and follows a hybrid working model.
- The shift runs from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
Role Overview
Lead Rubrik's Renewals Business for the North American region.
Partner with channel partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to improve the renewal process and business results.
Coach and mentor renewals team members while recruiting, retaining, and developing talent.
Craft and execute the renewal motion, including team activity management, pipeline hygiene, risk identification, forecasting, and regional renewal strategy.
What You Will Be Doing
- Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of renewals professionals through enablement, coaching, and career planning.
- Execute a 180-day renewal process that improves customer experience and maximizes contract value.
- Implement renewal forecasting cadence and deliver accurate forecast summaries to leadership.
- Lead the team against bookings, GRR, NRR, and churn objectives.
- Provide enablement in product, pricing, opportunity management, data quality, quoting, and forecasting.
