Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership communication support : • Act as a central coordination point across HR, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of leadership priorities and enterprise programs • Develop clear and impactful communications, executive presentations, and strategic updates that support leadership messaging, internal alignment, and enterprise visibility of key initiatives 5. Issue Resolution & Escalation Management : • Track program risks, operational challenges, and cross-team dependencies. Facilitate resolution pathways and escalate critical issues to leadership when necessary to ensure continuity of strategic initiatives 6. Administrative and Operational Support : • Help streamline workflows, maintain shared documentation, and improve operational efficiency across the COO’s office. 7. Innovation, Automation & Growth Enablement support : • Support initiatives focused on automation adoption, digital enablement, and innovation-driven operational improvements, contributing to productivity gains, scalable operations, and long-term enterprise value creation
