Structured Engineering Management Trainee program providing hands-on experience across operational, technical, client management, and people management functions.
The role is intended for recent 2026 MBA graduates with a B.Tech or B.E. background who want to develop into future business leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Develop skills in client handling, project management, people management, reporting, and presentations.
- Assist with planning, monitoring, and improving project execution, workflow automation applications, and service delivery metrics.
- Prepare and present materials for client interactions, business reviews, and project governance meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on automation, data analysis, and process improvements.
- Analyze operational data, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
- Support operations leaders with resource planning, productivity tracking, cost management, and governance.
Qualifications
- MBA degree completed in 2026.
- B.Tech or B.E. degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical thinking skills and adaptability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workplace applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
