Management Associate Program
The Management Associate program is an entry-level program for college graduates that provides 12–24 months of training across one or more functional areas.
Assignments may rotate within the department and are designed to develop skills and leadership capabilities for future roles supporting operations.
Quality Assurance Role
U. S. Steel is hiring a Management Associate in its Quality organization to support quality systems and the delivery of quality products to customers.
Responsibilities
- Support quality systems critical to ISO 9000 and IATF 16949 certifications.
- Assist with quality control standards and objectives.
- Collaborate with research and process technology engineers to investigate and propose solutions to customer quality issues.
- Assist with quality-control training development and delivery.
- Travel to operating facilities and attend relevant conferences.
- Maintain a Safety-First attitude during plant activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in materials science, metallurgy, chemical engineering, or a related field.
