Program Overview

Operations Environment
- The position is based in a steel manufacturing facility operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- The role involves working in a heavily unionized manufacturing environment and managing production crews.
Schedule
- The position requires rotating work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Apply engineering and business principles to improve operating efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
- Supervise and coordinate experienced technicians to keep production running with minimal interruption.
