Management and Program Analyst

Duties

• Independently conducts complex analyses of operational performance, organizational effectiveness, workload, program execution, and customer service across multiple components.
• Advises management on the interpretation and operational application of government policies by identifying implementation challenges, operational risks, and recommended courses of action.
• Designs analytical methodologies, establishes performance measures, develops evaluation criteria, and applies advanced analytical techniques to assess and identify opportunities for organizational improvement.
• Develops briefings, presentations, informational materials, or analytical products to support various projects and programs.
• Represents the organization in cross functional initiatives requiring extensive coordination, negotiation, and collaboration to achieve organizational objectives and priorities.
