MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

Duties

• Prepares projected budget for biannual and annual training requirements.
• Tracks and conducts quarterly reviews of authorized funding and dollars execution.
• Acts as the Contracting Officer Representative for training procurement actions.
• Projects training budget for the fiscal year based on employee developmental plans.
• Manages the Agency’s training information system and oversees any system changes or modifications (including testing).
• Reviews all authorizations for travel for training and the supporting documentation to substantiate payment of travel vouchers
• Assists in development of annual IDP guidance and the scheduling, development, and execution of Agency courses designed to meet the workforce’s developmental needs.
• Maintains oversight of training history for all audit personnel’s CPE requirements
