About the Role
Halian is seeking a Managed Services Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales across the GCC. Based in Dubai, you will develop new business opportunities, build executive relationships, and drive complex sales cycles for managed services solutions.

- Own and execute the Managed Services sales strategy across the GCC
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs and senior business stakeholders
- Identify, develop and close new enterprise opportunities
- Drive complex sales cycles from opportunity creation through to contract award
- Partner with technical and delivery teams to create compelling solutions
- Grow strategic accounts through cross sell and upsell opportunities
- Build a strong pipeline and consistently achieve revenue targets
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales
- Proven success selling Managed Services solutions within the GCC or Middle East
- Strong track record of winning enterprise clients and strategic accounts
- Experience selling solutions in Cloud & Infrastructure, Cyber Security, IT Operations, Oracle/ERP Services, Digital Transformation, or Software Engineering Services
- Strong C level engagement and consultative selling skills
- Commercial mindset with experience managing complex sales cycles

Overview
- Halian is expanding its Managed Services practice across the Middle East and is looking for a commercially driven Managed Services Sales Manager to lead enterprise sales across the region.
- Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, working with enterprise, government and transformation focused organisations.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the Managed Services sales strategy across the GCC
