Role Overview
Lead the DES service delivery team and ensure reliable delivery of services and regional projects.
Maintain operational excellence, customer satisfaction, SLA compliance, service quality, and service profitability.
Act as a hands-on technical leader contributing to troubleshooting, automation, technical initiatives, and process optimization.
Team and Service Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of 8 or more engineers with diverse technical skill sets.
- Plan resources, develop skills, support high performance, and build a collaborative growth-oriented culture.
- Manage customer and stakeholder escalations, including major incidents and executive communications.
- Drive ITIL change, release, incident, and problem management practices.
- Monitor service and team KPIs and participate in governance and quality reviews.
- Lead automation, reliability, DevOps, and continuous improvement initiatives.
