About the Role
Sprinklr is hiring a Managed Services Consultant in Dubai to act as a technical subject matter expert for Sprinklr Service products. You will lead presales activities, architect solution designs, and work directly with prospects.

- Act as technical subject matter expert for Sprinklr Service products, supporting field Solutions Consultants as a technical resource in driving new business
- Work directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles to build confidence and excitement around Sprinklr's Service products and integrations
- Lead presales activities including building and delivering compelling presentations, making solution recommendations, facilitating in depth technical workshops, assisting with RFPs, and conducting Proofs of Concept (POC)
- Collaborate with the Sprinklr Service ecosystem (engineering, product design, product marketing, demo engineering) to impact success of the business
- Architect solution designs that include integrations between Sprinklr and 3rd party solutions for CRM, PSTN Carriers, SBCs, SIP Trunks, etc.
- Keep up with an aggressive training schedule and maintain up to date Sprinklr product certifications
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a presales role, preferably with a CCaaS based company
- Strong working knowledge of Voice PBX/Carrier interconnection and migration architecture
- Experience with Cloud contact center technologies (IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, Workflow Automation, Self Service, Conversational AI, Workforce Optimization, Outbound Engagement, Social Media Engagement, Digital, Unified Communications, Analytics)
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in computer technology disciplines, including AI/Machine Learning and Cloud based API
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English
- Proven record of driving new initiatives, sales innovation, and business development

Job Description
- At Sprinklr, Managed Services Consultants have both the technical knowledge as well as the business consulting acumen to work through complex use cases while understanding the business and technology landscape to maximize the impact of Sprinklr’s Service offerings for our customers.
- They speak from a position of confidence and credibility with their product and industry knowledge, and have the ability to provide insights, building rapport easily while being a trusted advisor.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as technical subject matter expert for Sprinklr Service products, supporting field Solutions Consultants as a technical resource in driving new business in relation to solution architecture, integrations, infrastructure, and analytics.
- Work directly with prospects and customers during sales cycles, to build confidence and excitement around the full functionality of the Sprinklr’s Service products and integrations with customer systems.
- Lead presales activities including building and delivering compelling presentations, making solution recommendations, facilitating in depth technical workshops, assisting with RFPs, and conducting Proofs of Concept (POC) that demonstrate Sprinklr solutions and the value they provide against a custom
- Collaborate with the Sprinklr Service ecosystem (i.e. engineering, product design, product marketing and demo engineering) to impact success of the business.
- Architect solution designs that include integrations between Sprinklr and 3rd party solutions for CRM, PSTN Carriers, SBCs, SIP Trunks, etc.
- Keep up with an aggressive training schedule and maintain up to date Sprinklr product certifications.
- Willingness for up to 40% travel, largely within the US and LATAM.
Care Specialist Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a presales role, preferably with a CCaaS based company.
- Strong working knowledge of Voice PBX/Carrier interconnection and migration architecture.
- Experience with Cloud contact center technologies ranging from IP Telephony, Intelligent Routing, Workflow Automation, Self Service, Conversational AI, Workforce Optimization, Outbound Engagement, Social Media Engagement, Digital (DX), Unified communications (UC) and Analytics.
- Theoretical and practical knowledge in computer technology disciplines, including AI/Machine Learning and Cloud based API.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- The ability to effectively interact with business and technical audiences in the English language (required) and Spanish or Portuguese (desirable).
- Proven record of driving new initiatives, sales innovation, and business development.
