Managed Application Services Coordinator

Strong organisational, planning, and administrative skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and changing customer requirements.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.

Experience producing operational reporting and management information to support business decision-making (dashboards).

An understanding of resource planning, workload management, and utilisation tracking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Experience working within SaaS, technology, professional services, or customer support environments.

Experience using ticketing, service management, or case management platforms, such as Salesforce Service Cloud.

An understanding of service delivery, managed services, or customer support operations.
