Role overview
Provide emergency medical and occupational health support as a registered nurse or EMT-Basic/paramedic.
Support oil and gas, ADNOC, construction, and industrial project sites across the UAE.
The role is full-time, site-based, and rotational.
Work environment
- Work is performed at oil and gas sites, ADNOC sites, construction sites, and other industrial projects.
- Assignments may involve remote locations, camp-based environments, and industrial site conditions.
Clinical responsibilities
- Provide immediate emergency response and on-site treatment for workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
- Assess, monitor, stabilize, and manage patients within approved procedures and scope of practice.
- Perform triage and determine the appropriate level of medical intervention.
- Monitor vital signs and provide first aid, emergency care, and life-support interventions within scope.
- Coordinate escalated cases with medical directors, hospitals, ambulance services, and emergency teams.
- Maintain patient records, treatment reports, incident reports, and daily medical logs.
