- Manage and enhance relationships with property buyers and investors
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, grievances, and requests
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Handover, Finance, and Legal) to resolve client issues efficiently
- Guide clients seamlessly through the property handover and post handover processes
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels to encourage repeat business and referrals
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of dedicated experience
- Experience must be exclusively with Property Developers (not real estate agencies or other industries)
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred

- Company: Well known Property Development Company
- Location: Dubai, UAE
- Salary Range: AED 13,000 – AED 15,000 per month (depending on experience)
- Gender Preference: Male (as per operational requirements)
Core Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of dedicated experience.
- Industry Specific: Experience must be exclusively with Property Developers. Candidates from real estate agencies or other industries will not be considered.
- Languages: Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly preferred.
