  • Delta Al Emarate Building Contracting LLC is a construction company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, delivering building and contracting services across a range of commercial and residential projects.

Role Description

  • The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer (Bilingual English & Arabic) is a full time, in Head Office based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • This role is responsible for managing the CEO’s daily schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring effective follow up on action items.
  • The Executive Assistant will handle correspondence and documentation in both English and Arabic, draft and review emails and reports, and maintain organized records and files.
  • Daily tasks include preparing and processing expense reports, arranging travel and accommodation, and supporting the CEO in internal and external communications.
  • The role also involves liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, and providing proactive executive support to enable efficient decision making.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including handling correspondence, documentation, and office coordination.
  • Candidates should possess solid Executive Support skills, including managing priorities, preparing materials for meetings, and supporting high level decision making.
  • Candidates should possess experience with Expense Reports, including tracking, compiling, and reconciling expenses in line with company policies.
  • Candidates should possess effective Diary Management skills, including scheduling, calendar coordination, and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic is required.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office and communication tools.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C level leadership.
  • Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
