The Maître d' is responsible for the planning, direction, coordination and execution of all Front of House operations within the restaurant. The Maître d' is responsible for ensuring that all restaurant activities are carried out professionally, to standards and at the highest level of service. The Maître d' will achieve desired outcomes through assisting in the development and maintenance of a competent, motivated and empowered Front of House team. The Maître d' will effectively lead, train, coach, motivate, engage and provide feedback to Front of House associates on a daily basis.

An experienced hospitality professional with a minimum of two years’ experience in a restaurant, hotel, or Front of House environment, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
A Hospitality, Tourism, or related program graduate or degree holder is considered an asset.
Someone with an outstanding work ethic, strong reliability, punctuality, and a professional and approachable demeanor.

Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as required.
ProServe certification or equivalent responsible alcohol service certification is considered an asset.
