- Supervise and assign daily tasks to electrical and mechanical technicians
- Monitor work quality, productivity, and attendance
- Train staff as per work requirements
- Supervise inspection, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of fire alarm and firefighting systems
- Coordinate maintenance teams, assign daily tasks, attend emergency calls, prepare service reports, and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time
- Monitor materials, tools, and spare parts, maintain safety procedures at site, and communicate with clients
- Monitor and guide handling of fire alarm panels, detectors, sprinklers, pumps, hydrants, extinguishers, and related safety equipment
- Prepare technical reports and project progress updates
