Program and operate PTH equipment (Printers, Placers, Oven, AOI and AXI)
Assist in developing and refining manufacturing process with manufacturing engineers
Validate production equipment
Participating in manufacturing trials by preparing coupon-level samples
Collect data using metrology
Supervise automated electrical and mechanical test equipment
Roll out process changes to production equipment
Responding to advanced maintenance issues
Interact daily with Manufacturing Engineers to communicate results and receive tasks
Assist with root cause analysis
Assist Manufacturing Engineers with ensuring equipment and processes meet production capacity targets and outputs
Assist with IT support when necessary.
Assisting the product development team on validating New Product Introduction (NPI) from a manufacturing perspective; PCB validation, component verification, validation, etc.
Adherence to the Gibson Cardinal Safety Rules as per the Gibson Playbook for Cardinal Safety Rules and General Safety Rules.
