The Maintenance Technician/Locksmith is responsible for installing, repairing, rekeying, and maintaining mechanical and electronic locking systems across TOKA-managed rental units, administrative buildings, and new construction projects.
This position also performs a full range of building and housing maintenance duties, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, drywall, roofing, appliance repair, and preventative maintenance.
Locksmith duties are the primary focus of this position; however, the volume of locksmith work may vary.
As a result, the employee is expected to perform all Maintenance Technician responsibilities as assigned.
This combined role ensures full operational flexibility and supports TOKA’s ongoing security and maintenance needs.
