- Perform preventive maintenance on tools, kitchen and mechanical room equipment
- Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on plumbing, electrical components, and other equipment
- Perform surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair
- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies
- Use Lockout/Tagout system before performing maintenance work
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

Position Summary
- Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
Responsibilities
- Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment.
- Identify, locate, and operate all shut off valves for equipment and utility shut offs.
- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.
- Perform surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair.
- Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on plumbing, electrical components, and other equipment.
- Program TV's and perform general housekeeping and engineering related inventory duties.
- Use Lockout/Tagout system before performing any maintenance work.
- Perform repairs on interior and exterior landscaping as well as external landscaping sprinklers.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
- Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance a plus.
- No supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Driver's License.
