Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, share local highlights, assist with luggage.
- Create a safe work place, follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards.
- Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended time; move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces; up and down stairs/ramps.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤50 lbs without assistance and ≤100 lbs with assistance.
- Reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Related Work Experience: Minimum 1 year related work experience.
