Role responsibilities
- Perform routine and reactive maintenance on facility and process equipment.
- Assist with specification, procurement, and installation of new equipment.
- Complete assigned maintenance tasks in office and factory environments to support business needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while conducting maintenance work orders.
- Conduct all tasks according to established policies and safety practices.
Profile requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory environment or trades industry.
- Mechanical assembly experience.
- Experience with routine HVAC, roof, painting, bathroom fixture, and lighting maintenance.
- Basic electrical knowledge and experience is a plus.
- General computer skills, blueprint or design drawing familiarity, pump repair, instrumentation, or metal fabrication skills are highly recommended.
Technical qualifications
- Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance.
- Two to four years of experience in PCC, packaging line, or industrial machinery maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with coding machines such as Domino, Videojet, or Linx and with conveyor systems.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Work environment
- The role supports maintenance activities in both office and factory environments.
