Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Formal training in mechanical systems, electronic systems and controls, PLC programming/troubleshooting, electric power and electrical motors

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment (required)
• Demonstrated cross-functional ability in troubleshooting, modifying, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on automated production equipment with PLC/HMI, electro-mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components (required)

• Ability to follow mechanical drawings, operations manuals, manufacturer's instructions, engineering specifications, and written/verbal descriptions (required)
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, including the ability to disassemble machinery to remove parts and make repairs, reassemble, recommission (required)
• Ability to follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, and use of electrical troubleshooting tools to troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, instrumentation and controls (required)

• Ability to lift 60 pounds
• Ability to Stand for long periods of time
• Ability to respond to urgent mechanical or electrical breakdowns during non-standard business hours

• Detail oriented - ability to pay attention to the minute details of a project or task, and perform work accurately and thoroughly
