Proper Beverage Company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and support production equipment on the 1st shift. The role involves preventive maintenance, machine changeovers, troubleshooting, and ensuring equipment uptime.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate
- Perform and lead mechanical changeovers on production equipment
- Ensure machines are properly adjusted, set up, and verified prior to production startup
- Work closely with production teams to execute efficient changeovers while minimizing downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly
- Repair or replace defective parts as needed
- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure availability of necessary spare parts
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines
- Participate in safety training programs
- Work closely with production and other departments to understand equipment needs and priorities
Requirements
- 3+ years of Maintenance experience, preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to handle full shift of being active

Job Summary
- As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and supporting production equipment.
- This highly production focused position is responsible for ensuring equipment uptime, supporting operational efficiency, and executing machine changeovers to meet production schedules.
- This is a full time, 1st shift position. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
- Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Perform and lead mechanical changeovers on production equipment.
- Ensure machines are properly adjusted, set up, and verified prior to production startup.

- Maintain readiness of equipment to support production.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions promptly.

Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of Maintenance experience, preferred.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards are not overlooked.
- Physical stamina to handle full shift of being active.
