Role Overview
Support technicians with scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance, servicing, fault finding, and repairs across equipment, vehicles, and plant maintained by technical services workshops.
Carry out housekeeping and other assigned tasks in workshops and operational work areas.
Responsibilities
- Plan individual daily tasks within the assigned work area.
- Assist with diagnosing and repairing faults on equipment, vehicles, and plant to minimize downtime.
- Record completed activities in log books, work orders, and the Maintenance Management System.
- Inform maintenance technicians about required spare parts and tools.
- Inspect equipment, vehicles, and plant for operational reliability and safety.
- Assist with maintenance and repair of Ground Power Unit and Preconditioned Air units.
- Operate access equipment and forklifts to support maintenance activities.
- Operate and maintain the neutralization plant.
Standards and Requirements
- Follow manufacturer recommendations, ISO certification requirements, safety standards, and legal and regulatory requirements.
- Follow standard safety procedures to prevent personal injury and damage to equipment, vehicles, and plant.
- Maintain good housekeeping and take proper care of tools.
