Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and manage all maintenance operations related to elevators, escalators, and moving walk systems.
- The role requires supervising a team of technicians and ensuring the efficient execution of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and callback attendance.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enforcing safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance technicians engaged in elevator and escalator maintenance activities.
- Manage and oversee preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, troubleshooting, and callback services for all assigned units.
- Ensure timely attendance and resolution of customer complaints, service calls, and equipment shutdowns.
- Investigate recurring faults and implement corrective actions to reduce callbacks and improve equipment reliability.
- Conduct site visits and technical inspections to assess equipment condition and maintenance quality.
- Support technicians in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
- Monitor technician performance and ensure compliance with maintenance schedules and service standards.
- Plan manpower allocation and daily work schedules to ensure efficient service coverage.
- Review maintenance reports, service records, and callback reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure spare parts, tools, and materials are available for maintenance and repair activities.
- Liaise with customers, building management, consultants, and internal departments regarding maintenance issues and service performance.
- Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with company safety procedures and industry regulations.
