Position
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for maintenance activities across assigned properties.
Location
- The position is based in Qatar.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor is required, preferably in real estate, property management, hospitality, or facilities management.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and MEP systems.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to supervise technicians and manage multiple maintenance requirements.
Preferred Availability
- Candidates available for immediate joining are highly preferred.
- Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities across assigned properties.
- Lead and monitor technicians and maintenance teams.
- Plan and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Ensure timely resolution of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and general maintenance issues.
