Role Overview
Grow Hospitality is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations for residential apartment properties.
The role supervises maintenance teams, coordinates preventive and corrective work, responds to tenant complaints, and maintains building systems safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise technicians, maintenance staff, and contractors and coordinate their daily activities.
- Oversee maintenance operations for residential apartments and common areas.
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Monitor tenant requests and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
- Inspect apartments, common areas, plant rooms, parking areas, and building facilities.
- Coordinate troubleshooting and repairs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and other building services.
- Assign work orders and verify that tasks are completed properly and on time.
- Monitor work quality, contractor performance, and compliance with agreed standards.
- Follow up on breakdowns, emergency maintenance, and equipment failures.
- Maintain records of work orders, inspections, servicing, breakdowns, materials, and spare parts.
- Coordinate with procurement on required spare parts and materials.
- Prepare maintenance reports and updates for the Facility or Property Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma, ITI, or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Building Services, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant building, property, or facilities maintenance experience.
- Residential apartment or multiple-property experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general building maintenance.
- Experience supervising technicians, coordinating teams, contractors, and service providers.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, work-order management, troubleshooting, and health and safety procedures.
- Professional tenant communication, strong organization, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency maintenance situations.
- A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
- Immediate availability is advantageous.
